My name is Dorit Shelef,

I was born in Israel, where I learned the art of clay making. In my works one will be able to find a world full and rich, which combines my love and passion to Israel and the Jewish culture.

All my work is handmade and one-of-a-kind, strictly without the use of molds, which results in the finest and most quality product - every of my creation is exclusive and special.

My work combines textile textures and stamps and quotes and blessings from the Torah, which gives my work a Jewish approach. I use a variety of clay types, which I colour with different glazes. The work is fired to 1200 degrees, which gives it its core strength.

In each of my work I invest creativity and love. They can be used for the dining table for Shabbat and holidays, and would make a perfect gift for any occasion.
